Return & Refund Policy

  • If you found that the received is not in good condition, do let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Service.
  • The returned goods/products  packaging should also be in original condition.

  • If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange / refund.

  • We are not responsible for shipping charges of returned packages due to missing collect or wrong sending information provided. If you are not at home when the delivery attempt is made, you will accept a receipt and ask to self collect at nearest post office, please collect it within 7 day.
